Pasting text without formatting

Pasting text without formatting

If you are pasting text direct from Microsoft Word, it will also copy the formatting.

To only paste the plain text, highlight the text you want to replace/ update. Right click > paste. This should bring up a pop up box, if you paste the text into here, then click ok.

This will automatically strip out any formatting, so the new text will inherit the styles of the previous content.
